Shearform has multiple laser cutting machines which offer fast, accurate cutting to the most stringent tolerances. Our laser cutting machinery offers clean-cut parts at a competitive rate. We are able to achieve small diameter holes and cut intricate detail in sheet or plate. Laser cutting gives better edge quality and is able to achieve a more precise finish.

Our lasers are capable of plate or sheet up to 3.2m wide x  12m long. Due to our large capacity and many machines we are equipped to handle one-off prototypes to high-volume production runs.
